3/4 cup whole milk

1 cup cooked sweet potatoes

1/3 cup bourbon

2 cups sifted confectioner’s sugar

1 Tbsp butter, room temperature

3-4 Tbsps milk

1 1/2 cup sugar (book says 1 cup)

1/2 cup water

1 tsp butter

2 tsp vanilla (book says 1/2 tsp)

2 Tbsp bourbon
