1/2 cup vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

4 whole cloves

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 bay leaf

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon chili powder

4 drops hot sauce

4 to 5 pounds pork ribs
