Ingredients for 4 servings

2 tablespoons cooking oil

flour tortilla

2 cups grated cheddar cheese or grated monterey jack cheese (both is better)

chopped garlic (in a jar is easiest)

3 teaspoons liquid smoke (mesquite flavor my favorite)

3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

1 lime

1 lb flank steak or chicken breast , marinated

2 large green bell peppers

salt and pepper

guacamole (recommended) (optional)

1 large white onion

salsa (recommended) (optional)
