  • rice and mango chutney to serve
  • 2.0 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 400.0g can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 heaped tbsp curry paste (we used Patak's Tikka Masala)
  • 2 onions , thinly sliced
  • 140.0g frozen peas
  • 8 eggs
  • 4.0 tbsp Greek yogurt
