1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp ground allspice

1 x medium sized onion, sliced finely

1 x red chilli, sliced finely

2 x cloves garlic, sliced finely

1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

salt and freshly ground pepper

olive oil

fresh coriander and fresh mint, extra
