1 (32-ounce) can green-chile enchilada sauce or bottled salsa verde

12 corn tortillas (torn into four pieces each)

4 cups roasted skinless chicken breast, shredded (about 4 chicken breast halves)

1 cup chopped onions

1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat monterey jack cheese, shredded (or a mixture of reduced-fat jack and cheddar cheeses)

8 ounces fat-free sour cream (light sour cream can be substituted.)
