  • 2 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 3/4 cup (3 ozs) grated fontina cheese
  • 1/2 cup (2 ozs) grated fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano, divided
  • 6 cups hot cooked fusilli (short twisted spaghetti; about 12 ozs uncooked)
