1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon lemon juice

sea salt and fresh ground pepper

2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper (use a food processor)

2 tablespoons finely chopped flat leaf parsley (you can food process this too)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 tablespoon (generous) coarsely ground/cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Panko bread crumbs, divided

olive oil for frying
