10 oz canned tuna (most recipes recommend oil-packed Italian tuna but I used your classic can of tuna and it was just dandy)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 Tbs lemon juice

2 Tbs capers, drained

1 Tbs dijon mustard

4-6 anchovies

2 Tbs fresh, minced parsley

salt + pepper to taste

2-3 large heirloom tomatoes, diced

1 lb pasta of choice (fusilli used here)
