6 Niçoise olives, pitted and coarsely chopped

3 tablespoons drained capers

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 pound small unpeeled red potatoes

24 haricots verts or thin green beans (about 4 ounces)

2 small plum tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch dice
