1/2 cup chopped red onion

3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno chile pepper

SALMON:

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 wild salmon fillets (about 2 pounds, 1" thick)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 1/2 cups mashed avocado
