Ingredients for 4 servings

1 pkg smoked sausage

1 tsp olive oil

4 quartered limes

1/8 cup finely chopped dill

1 sweet orange bell pepper

1 quarter red onion

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 finely chopped scallion

1/2 tbsp chopped rosemary

Preparation

1.

Cut up smoked sausage in thin sections

2.

Place sausage, vegetables, herbs, and olive oil in skillet

3.

Cook on medium high until sausage is cooked thoroughly

4.

Squeeze lime quarters into pan. Turn down heat to medium/ low

5.

Cook until lime juice has turned thick

6.

Serve
