  • 1 Tbsp organic matcha green tea powder (*)
  • 2-3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp organic sugar (Florida Crystals)
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1-2 Tbsp safflower oil (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp pistachios (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
