1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

2/3 cups water

1/3 small English cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced (1 cup)

1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup sliced scallions (2 scallions)
