Casandra, so glad you enjoyed it. This is a recipe you can do such a variety of things with . As it is it is good, simple, quick and easy. Pamela and Lisa made some excellent suggestions as we see. I think of garlic, hot pepper and maybe even breading the chicken. That is the beauty of food, you can make you own. Happy eating!

1 pint grape tomatoes

16 Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

3 tablespoons drained capers, rinsed

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 (about 6 ounces each) boneless chicken breast halves, with skin

Coarse salt
