1 8oz box of Israeli Couscous
1/2 a bag of organic baby spinach
1 (8oz) package of Organic 3 grain Tempeh
Salt & Pepper
All natural organic BBQ sauce
Grill the tempeh in some olive oil until golden brown and crispy. Turn off the heat and cover with barbecue sauce. Sauteé your baby spinach with a little olive oil and salt and pepper until wilted (no more then 5 minutes.) Cook your couscous in a small pot (read box) simmer for no more then 12 minutes. Put it all together on a plate as creatively as you want. Enjoy!
