•½ lb. cherries washed and completely dry (pat dry with a paper towel if need be)
•4 oz. white chocolate chips or chunks
•Edible silver glitter sprinkles (I found them at Michael’s Craft Store)
•2 Tbsp vegetable oil (optional)
In a medium sized glass bowl pour chocolate chips. .
Place bowl in the microwave for about two minutes stirring every 30 seconds. (Add oil accordingly if it appears to thick or clumpy.)
Dip each cherry one at a time from the stem quickly to coat while the mixture is still very warm. let excess drip off and rest cherries on wax or parchment paper to set and cool.
Lightly sprinkle the edible glitter onto the bottom of the cherries.
Let set and cool in refrigerator.
