1 onion , chopped

400.0g bag raw prawns , in their shells, defrosted if frozen

300.0g risotto rice (we used arborio)

1½ l fish stock

zest and juice 1 lemon

3.0 tbsp olive oil

200.0g frozen peas

1 small glass white wine

1 red chilli , deseeded, half sliced and half finely chopped
