Ingredients for 24 servings

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 cup powdered sugar

3 cups flour

2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice

4 eggs

1 1/4 cups vegetable oil (I used peanut oil because that is what I had on hand)

For the streusel topping

1/2 cup sugar

8 ounces cream cheese , softened (I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 cups pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon nutmeg

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon salt

For the filling

4 tablespoons butter , cubed

1/4 cup and 1 tsp. flour

For the muffins

1 teaspoon baking soda
