Ingredients for 4 servings

bread thats getting old

2 tbs butter

handful fresh herbs from out back. oregano and parsley

pinch salt and pepper

Preparation

1.

Cut or tear bread into cubes. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 mins at 350

2.

Melt butter in skillet with herbs and seasonings. Add croutons and toss to coat. Good on salad or by the handful. Store in bag or container for up to one week.
