1/2 tsp black pepper

6 pieces prosciutto, 1/2 ounce slices

1 tsp cornstarch

1 1/2 tsp water

2 1/4 cup low fat unsalted chicken broth, fat free

2 cup dry white wine

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, to equal six 4-ounce halves

3 tbsp white all purpose flour

1 cup thinly sliced shallots

1/2 tsp salt (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp tomato paste
