2 limes (or 1 large lemon, if you prefer)

1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

3 tablespoons cooking oil, pan (for frying)

2 tablespoons your favorite marinade (i.e. tequilla-lime, ginger-soy)

1/2 cup cashews (raw is better)
