1 can or jar of tuna fish packed in oil (12-ounces), flaked

1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

1/4 cup pitted Niçoise olives, chopped

3 tablespoons butter

4 slices bread, toasted

1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley

1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
