bell peppers - 2 large, red is best but I used green

oil - 2 tsp + 2 tsp + 2 tsp

onion - 1, large, red

paneer - 1/2 cup, crumbled

quinoa - 1 1/2 cups, cooked

green chillies - 2, finely chopped

garlic - 2 cloves, crushed

mint - 5 leaves

cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

cilantro - 1/4 cup, finely chopped, loosely packed

coriander Powder - 1 tsp

salt - to taste
