Onion - 1, large, red

Paneer - 1/2 cup, crumbled

Quinoa - 1 1/2 cups, cooked

Green chillies - 2, finely chopped

Garlic - 2 cloves, crushed

Mint - 5 leaves

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

Cilantro - 1/4 cup, finely chopped, loosely packed

Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

Salt - to taste
