1/2 cup chili sauce, such as Heinz

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup prepared horseradish, or to taste

1/4 cup Absolut Peppar Vodka + more to finish

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

5 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Tabasco or similar hot sauce

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/2 teaspoon Rose's Lime juice (optional)


2 cups Absolut Peppar Vodka

2 teaspoons kosher salt

24 extra large or jumbo prawns (8 to 12 per pound), peeled, butterflied and deveined

Court bouillon

2 lemons

6 cups water1 cup + 2 tablespoons lemon-flavored vodka such as Ketel One or Buddah's Hand from Hangar One

Several parsley stems

4 bay leaves
