This was a very easy dish! I drudged my chicken using garbanzo bean flour instead if regular flour and it worked great! So much flavor and crisped nicely. And for the sauce I added about 1/2 a couple of water with a cube of chicken bouillon to make it saucier. It was amazing!

Ingredients for 4 servings

4 small boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin

1/2 cup flour, seasoned with salt and pepper

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or half butter and half oil)

1/4 cup white wine

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon capers, optional

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
