1/3 cup pomegranate seeds (see Note)

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 cups chicken stock or canned low-sodium broth

2 tablespoons honey
