1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley

3 eggs, hard-boiled

10 anchovies

4 cloves garlic

2 slices bread, crusts removed, soaked in milk and gently squeezed dry

2 tablespoons capers

1 1/2 oz. parmesan cheese

5 tablespoons olive oil

juice of 5 lemons

salt and freshly ground black pepper
