500 g mixed mushrooms, sliced

1 sprig fresh rosemary

1/2-1 cup chopped fresh herb , try rosemary, mint, thyme, chervil, sage etc

110 g polenta

Mushroom ragout

4 garlic cloves , peeled and halved

3 sprigs fresh thyme

verjuice (optional)

1/2 onion

butter or oil

1 liter milk

salt and pepper

Polenta

1 tablespoon butter

2 bay leaves
