  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken with no extra flavorings
  • 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and cubed
  • 1 apple, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tsps vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tsps curry powder
  • 17 ozs zero-fat Greek yogurt, strained
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt
  • 1 pinch freshly cracked pepper
