  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • 4 green onions, halved
  • 6 to 8 cilantro sprigs
  • 2 Tbsps lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • Dash of tamari
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced avocados (optional)
