I Learnt This Recipe From My Brother Who Is Also A Chef, You Can See It Runs In The Family. Anyway His Recipe Includes Sliced Spanish Onion, Butter, Chicken Stock, Cous Cous, Roasted Pine Nuts, Chopped Coriander, Cumin And Salt. Extras Such As Peas Can Also Be Added Once Cooked. Nice When Served With Meat Dishes, Fresh Green Salad Or On Its Own.

Ingredients for 6 servings

4 tbsp (½ stick) unsalted butter

2 cup chopped yellow onion (2 onions)

3 cup chicken stock, preferably homemade

1 1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

2 cup couscous (12 ounces)

1/2 cup pine nuts, roasted

1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
