1 cup fresh cilantro, packed

1 cup fresh mint leaves, packed

1/2 cup walnuts, lightly toasted

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan

2 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)

1/3 cup olive oil

3 x garlic cloves

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

2 lb watermelon, sliced then cut into bite-sized chunks

2 tsp ripe avocados, pitted and sliced

3 oz feta

2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Dijon-style mustard

1 tsp honey
