Ingredients for 10 servings

2 cups pumpkin puree

2 teaspoons cinnamon

4 eggs

1 cup white sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup crushed walnuts

3 cups flour (I use 1 cup whole wheat pastry, 2 cups white all purpose)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup water

3 teaspoons baking soda
