Ingredients for 4 servings

3 1/2 cup Napa Cabbage,shredded

1 x Enoki Mushrooms, rinsed and blotted dry, stump cut off to release mushrooms into individual strands

1 x Daikon Radish , peeled, then shredded with a citrus zester,large size

1 tbsp powdered wasabi( wasabi vinaigretter)

1 tbsp sugar( wasabi vinaigretter)

6 tbsp Water( wasabi vinaigretter)

6 tbsp Rice Vinegar( wasabi vinaigretter)

1 tsp dark sesame oil( wasabi vinaigretter)

2 tbsp scallion bulbs, chopped( wasabi vinaigretter)

2 x Star Anise( wasabi vinaigretter)

1/2 tsp Salt( wasabi vinaigretter)
