Ingredients for 4 servings

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

4 boneless chicken breasts (or chicken scalopini to save time)

1 tablespoon dried sage

8 slices prosciutto (sliced thin)

2 tablespoons white wine

3/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

4-8 slices of easy melting cheese (my favorite is fontina but you could also use mozzarella)

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (around one lemons juice)
