Ingredients for 12 servings

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1/3 cup natural peanut butter

2/3 cups unsweetened apple sauce

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

pinch ground cloves

pinch ground nutmeg

1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats

1/4 cup flax seed

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup shredded coconut

Preparation

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Mix together mashed bananas, peanut butter, apple sauce, vanilla and spices. Add in the oats, flax, chocolate chips and coconut. Stir until combined.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes. Let cool on rack and enjoy!
