Ingredients for 4 servings

2 cups cherry tomatoes

1/3 red onion

3 garlic cloves

2 tsps salt

tsp tabasco

1/2 cup olive oil

3 tbsps white wine vinegar

tbsp sugar

Preparation

1.

Put tomatos, chopped red onions, garlic and olive oil in a baking dish, sprinkle salt and Tabasco

2.

Place in oven at 400 degrees and cook until the tomatoes pop and juicy

3.

About 20-30 minutes

4.

Let cool add vinegar and sugar

5.

Use as salad dressing over butter leaf lettuce, feta cheese and roasted slivered almonds
