Ingredients for 1 serving

1 cup rolled oats

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 tablespoon peanut/almond butter (May use Nutella for extra chocolaty oatmeal)

1 cup vanilla, almond or original soy milk (may use cows milk)

2 cups water

1 banana

Any other fruit that you want to add. Blueberries or raspberries may go nicely.

Preparation

1.

I usually just determind how much water and milk I use depending on the amount of oatmeal I want. Step one: Fill a pot with the amount of water you wand heat on high til it comes to a boil, then add the rolled oats. (Make sure you have enough water that oatmeal is submerged in it.

2.

Step 2: Turn the heat to medium high. Then boil oats til they start to soften or water evaporates almost completely. If not the right consistency, add more water until its completely absorbed.

3.

Step 3: Once oatmeal is the consistency of your liking, add one cup of soy or regular milk, then mix in chocolate protein powder, mix well and heat til absorbed.

4.

Step 4 : Turn off heat, while cooling down, chop up a banana and put at the bottom of a bowl.

5.

Step 5: Poor oatmeal over bananas, then put the spoon of peanut butter in the middle and stir it in . Enjoy :D
