Chicken: Stuff the chicken with slices of lemon. Put rosemary and some butter underneath the skin, and rub the whole bird with butter, salt & pepper. Cook it in the oven at 180 c for about 1 hour.
Garlic mash: Boil the potatoes, and mash them together with fresh garlic, cream, butter, salt & pepper
Brussel sprouts: boil the brussel sprouts lightly, and cool off in cold water. Roast the pecans in a dry pan and set aside. Add butter and honey in the pan and fry the brussel sprouts until lightly brown. Add the pecans at the end and season with salt & pepper.
