8 Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb collard greens or other greens such as kale, mustard, or turnip
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15-16 ozs) black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups reduced-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 meatless smoked sausage, finely chopped (we used Lightlife Chorizo Style)
