1 small head green cabbage, cored and shredded

1/2 head purple cabbage, cored and shredded

1 bunch green onions, sliced thinly on the bias

1 red bell pepper, seeded, deribbed and sliced thinly

3 carrots, peeled and shredded

1/2 cup macadamia nuts, toasted and chopped


8 tablespoons mayonnaise

4 tablespoons sour cream

1 tablespoon sriracha, or other hot chile sauce

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons water, or as needed
