2 x cloves garlic, minced

a handful of basil leaves, cleaned and torn into pieces

Freshly ground black pepper

2 tbsp lemon zest, finely grated

1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated

Salt to taste

spaghettini pasta for 2 to 3 people (or whatever pasta you like)
