1/2 tsp Baking powder

1/4 tsp Salt

2 tbs Applesauce, unsweetened

1/4 cup Skim milk (or milk substitute of choice)

1/4 cup Egg whites (or egg white substitute)

4-5 Packets stevia (or sweetener of choice to taste)

1/4 cup Low sugar/ No sugar added strawberry jelly or jam
