3 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds

3 tbsp White Sesame Seeds

2 pieces tuna fish fillet - about 1 pound

1 tsp wasabi paste

1 tbsp cooking oil

1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice - or other vinegar

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

3 tbsp avocado oil - or other oil

salt and pepper

2 x large handfuls salad greens - optional
