2 Tbsp packed brown sugar

Batter:

2 8oz packages 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

2 egg whites

½ cup Hershey's Special Dark chocolate chips

¼ cup seedless raspberry preserves
