Ingredients for 8 servings

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

3 cups fat-free low-sodium chicken broth

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 (10 ounce) package white pearl onions, frozen

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 sheet frozen puff pastry , thawed

2/3 cup flour , divided

2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme (or 2 tsp dried)

1 cup sweet potato

1 cup celery root (celeriac)

cooking spray

1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed

1 1/2 cups nonfat milk

1 cup baking potato , cut in 1/2 inch dice and peeled. Same for the next veggies

1 cup parsnip , sliced 1/2 inch thick

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast , cut into bite size pieces
