For the crust

One 9-inch single Flaky Pie Crust, rolled out, fitted into a pie plate, edge trimmed and crimped, and partially prebaked (see note below)

For the filling

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons grated lemon rind

4 1/2 cups fresh blueberries, picked over

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

For the meringue

3 large egg whites, at room temperature

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

1/3 cup sugar
