2 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup fresh basil

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp beet hummus (find recipe here) or you can use any hummus of your liking

3 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp yacon syrup (optional)
