7 Ingredients

  • 1 cup sprouted lentils, soaked for 30 minutes (this is the brand we use)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp beet hummus (find recipe here) or you can use any hummus of your liking
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp yacon syrup (optional)
