• 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 chicken , quartered
• 2 Tbsps hoisin sauce
• 1/4 cup apricot jam
• 1 Tbsp black bean paste
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1 Tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1/2 tsp chili paste (I used Rooster brand - hot!) (optional)
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 Tbsp honey
